Christmas Light Guides for El Dorado Hills and Cameron Park Neighborhoods

Around here the rulebook changes at the neighborhood line. Serrano and Blackstone have associations with a written display window. Most of Ridgeview, and Bar J Ranch, have CC&Rs enforced by a services district and no window at all. Cameron Estates is a road district that says outright it isn’t an HOA. Glow Up Christmas Lights works out of Cameron Park, and we’ve written up the neighborhoods we light most: Serrano, Blackstone, The Promontory, Highland Hills, Ridgeview, Heritage and Four Seasons on the El Dorado Hills side, plus Bar J Ranch, Airpark Estates and Cameron Estates closer to home.

After the rules come the physical things: tile or gutter at the roof edge, slope under the ladder, oak canopy over the eaves, gates, long drives, and how the house looks from the road below. Each page covers what changes the job in that place. Yours is probably on the list below. For a quote by phone, the number is (530) 457-4771.
